Outbound Line Selection & Smart Routing

Objective: To allow users to manage multiple business identities and automate which number is used for specific customers.
Manual Line Selection: Add a toggle or dropdown menu when initiating a call or SMS. This allows the user to choose the "From" number on the fly without using a manual dialer.
Preferred Number Assignment: Add a setting within the Customer Profile to assign a "Default Line." Once assigned, the app will automatically use that specific business number for all future interactions with that contact.
Masking Alignment: If Call Masking is enabled, the system should default to using the assigned "Preferred Number" as the masked caller ID to ensure brand consistency.
Benefit: Eliminates "wrong number" outreach and saves time by removing the need for manual number selection for repeat clients.
