Online booking needs more customization

Online booking leaves a lot to be desired. No ability to set a minimum charge, no promo codes, no ability to set a time required per item (so it schedules the correct length of time for the job).

All around more customization would be great.

Agree, need significantly more customization for online booking. Ability for customer to apply promo codes at check out, ability for scheduling to be turned off to be handled on the back end once customer has signed up and paid.

Any update on this? 2.5 years later and it's still lacking compared to other CRMs. Makes our job very frustrating!
