Its great that we have tasks the tech or the office has to do before closing a call to make sure they are doing a task we have asked. But there needs to be a way that management can close it out. If it wasnt done deal with the resonsible party but its not like they are going back to get what ever was missed so the office gets stuck turning it all off to clsoe a job or filling it with BS or made up info anyway. At least make an option to bypass by certain staff like the option to require before close add an exclusion for admins. Maybe even leav a spot to be filled out why it was bypassed that would be trackable by admin to deal with the non participating party.
