We currently use another phone company, and are switching to Workiz for our calls - it would be nice to have a 'Holiday Schedule' for the phone system, where we can predefine Holidays to transfer our calls to a 3rd party answering service.

Hi @Brandon Carraway, You can do this today by creating a call flow 'Holiday Schedule' without assigning the incoming number and saving. When the holiday arrives simply assign the number to the call flow and all calls will go through it.

Nir Rizo This is unreasonable! We have 15 numbers to manage. It would be MUCH easier to have a holiday schedule vs. deleting/adding phone #'s to call flows. For now, I just set our office hours "OFF" for the holiday, but I still have to remember to turn it back on which is not ideal -- especially during our busy season.
