New feature - Workiz messages

We are experiencing issues identifying which number is messaging us in a conversation. In cases where there are two numbers (for example, a landlord and a tenant), it is unclear who is writing, which causes confusion and frustration.
We also checked the conversation through the Workiz app but it is still not clear who is sending the messages.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are planning to add an indication for additional contacts so you can identify messages sent from them under a larger account. We expect to release this update within the next few weeks.
