I love the app. Everything is in one place except for what needs to be done which is HUGE

Needs attention, take action, change status, tasks. The app is all over the map here and there’s no way to customize it. We need at a glance status, and since no company is alike, the ability to customize. I’m having to create my own through the Notes app in Apple.
