There is no good way to prevent banned clients from being put back on the schedule. All they have to do is use a different name or phone number. Please come up with a way to make this happen. We need it ASAP to keep those nightmare clients at bay. We also need client tags to be visible on jobs. Perhaps we need an "Address Tag" feature as well. Thank you
