Need a Tech or Job Type that allows sending a 2nd Team Member without the "Needed Job Type Skills"

Right now every team member added to the job has to have the exact job type skill on them. So sending a "new guy" isnt possible. This messes up Scheduling because if you add those skills to them Genesis AI will schedule the new guy on something he isn't qualified to do.
