I’d like to have the ability to send a request from Slack via an integration so that a job is created based on a set of fields passed through an API or another method, not through your form but via a simple integration. I’d also like to have a reverse integration from Workiz: if a message comes into Workiz from a client, that message should be sent as an alert to my dispatcher in Slack.
