We have clients that pay by checks or other methods and the feature of pay in bulk now just is for credit cards payments. Will be helpful is allow us to have all options of payments for bulk payments too.

I have been asking for this for well over a year. We have clients who pay multiple invoices monthly with a check and I have to go into like 20 jobs individually and record the payment. The ability to enter one payment and check off all the invoices it applies to is a very common thing with any payment system.

Paying for multiple invoices at once is now possible from the Client Page > Invoices tab. Bulk payment is available for online credit card processing through Workiz Pay

When a client sends in a check for multiple invoices, there should be a feature to click them all in one like Quickbooks. As of now, I have to do each individual invoice which then messes up my processing that check in Quickbooks since it will sync & show up as multiple payments. Now I have to manually deposit those checks into our bank account so it does not mess up our books. Normally we process the checks through Quickbooks since you do not have that feature yet.

This is a basic feature of any system and should be addressed asap. We have many clients who pay monthly for multiple jobs (sometimes as many as 15). I get a check representing 15 invoices, and I have to receive and mark paid/done for each one individually. Such a waste of time. Plus, the client gets a separate receipt for each invoice, then when I mark all those jobs done, they get a text for each one with our request for review.

This feature is available with any other ERP software. We have many clients that pay invoices monthly and will send one check for like 15 invoices. I have to go in and record payments for each invoice separately. We are not using QBO sync, but it would be even more work if we were. This should have been built into Workiz from the very beginning, it is a must have!
