Multiple Client Appointments for Same Job

Bigger jobs require more than one visit. We'd like to be able to create multiple appointments under the same job and have a visual appointment history. In the current setup, we have to manually move the date each time, but that doesn't allow us to track when we were on site. We need more flexibility here.

Yes - we thought the recurrent job option would be the solution to this but since you then have to go and assign each job individually, this is awkward and time consuming. If you could update this option to customize the job schedule and assign techs within the set up, this would be a lot more useful.

We also have come across this issue, and our solution was to create more custom fields and groups and we made a field for date, technician, and report info to keep track of who went, when, and what they did. This is not very stream-lined as adding or changing custom fields can be very tedious.
