More detailed activity report

Currently when someone performs an action on a job, if it has to do with job items or job details (i.e. changing the address, job type, or source) it just says updated job details in the activity report. Leaving us to guess who made a mistake... Same deal with the job items, when one is updated whether in price, cost, or margin, it just says updated or added certain item, not what change was actually made.
If we could get a more in depth report on that, that would be amazing.
As a side note, I would also prefer to see what reports were opened and looked at. As well as any settings, if they were looked at or changed.

This would be super helpful. There really isn’t a point in being so vague about the changes. I never could figure out what the point was unless we could see what was changed!

While we haven't planned to include these details in the Activity Report soon, next week we'll be launching the new client history section. This will display all customer-related activities, along with dates and the user responsible for them.
I'd be happy to get your feedback on that once deployed.
