Minimum amount credit card fees.

Thank you for adding the credit card fee option. Is it possible to add charging fees after a specific amount.

Example : no fees except for 2000.00 and more

It would be very helpful to have a processing fee for credit cards ONLY be charged on transactions that are $_,____ or more. For my business, it would be $2,500. If there were a feature and we could make it variable, that would be ideal.

I'd also like the ability to toggle the fee on or off. We'd like to be able to bill overdue accounts for the fee but not prepayments and such.

This is an option I’d love. I charge on invoices over $1000 by using the manual, add line item.
