We should be able to have a report based on messages.

Things in this report should be:

How many messages were outgoing/incoming per day.

Same for emails.

What the count of messages & emails were per day.

How many of those messages/emails were automated.

How many messages by external company, customer, open jobs, techs, & unidentified numbers.

This would be helpful to keep track of where our messages budget is being spent. As well as give us better insights to leads that come in through messages
