Darren Miller Yes — this information can be extracted for reporting, as long as you have access to "Custom Reports".
To set this up:
- Create the Custom Field
* Go to "Settings" → "Job Settings" → "Custom Fields".
* Click "Add New" and enter the details for the field you need.
* Once saved, this custom field will appear on all applicable jobs.
* (Optional) Mark it as "Searchable" so you can quickly find jobs using this field—this is helpful for things like vendor work orders or permits.
- Build the Report
* Go to the "Reports" tab and select "Add Report".
* Choose either "Job" or "Lead", depending on what you need.
* In the "Fields" section, scroll down until you locate the custom field you created and add it to your report.
* Run the report, and you’ll be able to pull all entries associated with that custom field.
