We need a reason call was lost spot, Like lost to competitor, found someone sooner, svc not offered, rescheduled, or canceled instead of lost, issed has been solved, no answer at apt window,out of service area,training/testing, duplicate entry, Competitor closer/ sooner, dispatch fee.

Darren Miller Yes — this information can be extracted for reporting, as long as you have access to "Custom Reports".
To set this up:
Create the Custom Field
* Go to "Settings" → "Job Settings" → "Custom Fields".
* Click "Add New" and enter the details for the field you need.
* Once saved, this custom field will appear on all applicable jobs.
* (Optional) Mark it as "Searchable" so you can quickly find jobs using this field—this is helpful for things like vendor work orders or permits.
Build the Report
* Go to the "Reports" tab and select "Add Report".
* Choose either "Job" or "Lead", depending on what you need.
* In the "Fields" section, scroll down until you locate the custom field you created and add it to your report.
* Run the report, and you’ll be able to pull all entries associated with that custom field.
