Map Address Search
Hector Matthews
On the map, you should see all jobs and technician locations. A search Google Maps search bar should be there so that you can see where a new job is compared with current jobs for the day, week, etc., and tech locations. This should be a basic feature for a scheduling software.
In 2026, where you have ai assistance, the map should give a recommendation like your Genius Scheduling, ai recommendation of which tech should be chosen distance and time slot of tech relative to the new job i.e it you would search postal code zip code 90210 and the ai would show techs’ jobs, show a bubble John is 2.6 miles from that job. You could either click create job, where it will pre-upload the address to fill the rest and already preselect the tech if you chose the recommendation. some of this is already as genius scheduling.

Just like the schedule the techs have different colours
The map. View instead of a w in green t
It should be colour coated based on tech assigned and the plan route of all techs should show on the map this should be a quick coding to have all techs jobs show up on the map and with their routes.
Additionally adding a search box of a zip code or postal code would be ideal for business who want to schedule clients as soon as possible for emergency services

Map Bubble View by Technician and Date
TJ Masonius
We need an enhanced map view that displays scheduled jobs color-coded by technician, with the job date (within the selected time range) shown inside each map bubble.
Our team uses XS Mapping extensively to visualize job distribution and technician routing. A similar map bubble feature in Workiz would allow us to see at a glance which techs are assigned to which areas and on which days, without switching tools.
This would streamline dispatching, improve route planning, and reduce overlap between technicians.

Color coding in app
Ronica Wolbert
Technicians are color coded in the web version but not on the app. It makes it challenging to see who is on which job when I log in as admin.

It would be great to have more than one color be available to be on the schedule when more than than one team member is assigned a job. Thank you.

It is very difficult to look at jobs especially as a service manager of all technicians when they are the same color. Please allow this feature on mobile. App

Map view showing technicians name
Office
Have the "Map" display page show technician's name assigned to the job. Right now it shows a green circle for assigned jobs and red for unassigned. It would be great if it had the assigned technicians color/initials so you can see who is where.

Map improvement
Amine Segmane
I’d like to recommend a feature that I hope can be added to the app. Please see the attached photo. It would be very helpful if we could customize or color-code job locations so routes and jobs are easier to identify, as well as quickly see which technician is assigned to each job. This would help us plan daily routes more efficiently and determine if we can add new appointments and assign them to the nearest technician.

just like other software systems like fieldpulse, service fusion maps should show all field techs on one map with pins with different colors.

This is a great idea. The map needs work to be effective for efficient routing. Being able to see the tech assigned would be helpful.
