Personal experience-
I tried to set up an automation so that every time there’s a new dispute in one of our accounts, I’d get a notification by email.
But when I tried to select myself from the dropdown menu in the automation form, I couldn’t find my user name in the list. It turns out that I have access to the account, but somehow I’m not actually a user in the account. Very weird, especially considering that someone who isn’t technically a user can still access such sensitive information ( or someone who is a user but can't be found in the automation list)
So, in order to add myself to the automation, I had to add myself again as a new user. But for some other “mysterious” reason, I couldn’t add my email because it was already registered under another sub-account.
Long story short if you have 10 branches, make sure every one of your employees has 10 different email addresses.
It’s crazy, but apparently that’s how it works now.
