It would be very helpful with the new payment part of Workiz if we could print the receipt. I have to email myself a copy in order to get a printable version and that isn't efficient. If there was an option to print the payment details just like you can an invoice or estimate that would be helpful

I have to download and print then mail some invoices. It would be helpful if this would be print friendly which it is not. It is too spaced out where just 3 single line items makes the invoice a 2 pager. It does not let me remove certain lines that might help with this but really this ought to come from your side please. Shrink to fit for print.

I agree 100% corrections should be done immediately or give the us users the option to format the section of description / items.

PLEASE! Invoices & Estimates need SERIOUS FORMATING HELP!
We need ability to adjust the field size (narrow/widen columns) to accommodate additional text, adjust spaces between sections, and better text size control.
Item descriptions, if more than a short sentence, are hard to read as the column is only 2-3 words wide, making the 1 item stretch the length of an entire page. The resulting view is unprofessional and hard to read. (see example)

I agree the invoice design for printing is weird. I have had to force some edits and make do. We print some invoices for certain jobs for them to sign and giving a two page invoice with a couple lines on top of the second page is silly.

PLEASE do this. It's a juvenile looking design with all the fonts being so big. And for some weird reason Workiz has decided not to use 8.5x11 for the document size, instead going with 8.3x11.7 making the final print cut off if you don't adjust it before printing. My clients won't know to do that & my logo gets cut off if not. It's just bad design.

Still not happening. I email myself a receipt too. An invoice with zero balance is not a payment receipt.
