Lower the credit card processing fees for invoice/keyed in payments

Other field service solutions like Jobber and Housecall pro, have much lower fees for invoice/keyed-in/deposit payments. I cant pass this fee to my customers its illegal in my state, but it really bothers me that I pay for the ultimate plan, the highest tier plan offered and my rates are still set at 3.49%, when most other companies charge 2.59%-2.9%. Workiz should, at minimum, lower the fee rate the higher tier plan you have.

Unfortunately keyed payments inherently are riskier than card present payments. Have you considered using Tap to Pay for keyed payments in the field?

Yesssss.
I've been looking into using a separate service for all payments. It will mean double the work but the fees are killing me.

Or at a minimum allow us to integrate external payments services. My credit union offers a 0% fee for the first however many payments (i forget the details on it) and then it's tiered up to 2.5%
