Allow Custom fields to be added to the Schedule Template.

Use Case:

When a Client has Multiple Properties, or apartment Buildings. We have created a Custom Field, Service Location Name. Which is the name we know the Client Properties by (Building 269, or Lakeview Location).

The ability to add Custom Fields to the Schedule Template greatly expands functionality of the Schedule specific to Users needs.
