idan kadosh: what about done tasks? We are using the task feature to show additional visits to the house to finish the job since we can’t schedule jobs for multiple days if the days are not in succession, (ie a job set for Monday, Tuesday, then Friday.) once the task is marked done, it disappears from the calendar.

Stefan Reckson: You're right — tasks are removed from the schedule after marked done. I recommend creating a new feature request specifically for tasks remaining on the schedule since Idan already marked your original post as complete.
