it would be helpful for scalability and when using multiple dispatchers - if the leads list could include a field that reflects the last date/time a lead file was touched. OR EVEN BETTER - if we could be able to schedule for the next time a lead should be contacted. This would reduce the amount of follow up time/research our dispatch team would need to do, and instead could just focus on making the outbound calls that are scheduled for the day.

add to this -- we'd LOVE to be able to reorganize the columns on the leads page. Not just sorting the leads top to bottom -- -but rearranging the order in which the columns are displayed would be helpful for lead management.

Any lead/job should have the capability of multiple schedules, without removing the previous meeting, as all our projects required more than one meeting. They all should remain on the schedule for tracking and better service.
