So much improvement required here - the ability to text and call additional contacts, and have it all tied together. If said contact calls or messages, it does not identify and connect them to the other profile. This causes problems.

When someone calls or texts from either phone number it only shows up as the person on the account.

Kyrra and Dustin, Both good work arounds thank you. Other programs have a specific spot for it. It hsould be preotty standard, alot of our work comes through property management groupls and would be helpful to be able to pull it up by the tenet etc.

We add them as additional contact, in the notes add a description if needed

I label them under the ext.
