The techs are supposed to be adding the billable items/services to their jobs, but they often don’t. As a result, the admin team has to add them afterward. However, the Sold By field automatically assigns to whoever adds the item/service, whether it’s an admin or technician, which doesn’t make sense. The field should reflect the person responsible for the sale/work completed, not whoever entered the item.
