Service plans don't seem to have great functionality yet, so I think invoices and estimates should have the ability to create payment schedules

For example:

Let's say I want four payments of 25% each

That way, I can obtain one payment to hold the scheduled slot, another to break ground, another halfway through the work, and the final at the end of the job
