Improved Lead Report and Lead statistics

The current Lead Report is very limited. It show basic view without much filters, lead IDs, or status tracking. There’s also no option to open lead directly from the report (only through client portal) which makes reviewing or analyzing leads almost impossible.
We’d love to see enhanced lead reporting features, similar to job reports and job statistics, includes filters, lead ID, status columns, and direct access to open leads. This would help us track performance and manage conversions much more efficiently.
Also , adding Lead statistics report will give us much info on performance, ad groups, agent proactivity and much more..

Hey Shani Abu
Thank you for this feedback.
In the new Custom Leads Report, you can add or remove any fields you’d like to include, including the Lead Status.
Could you please clarify if this doesn’t address your need?
Thank you,

- Lead ID and Job ID: The Job ID currently represents the client number, not the actual Lead ID. This makes it difficult to track and connect specific leads accurately.
- Opening Leads from Reports: not possible to open a lead directly from the Lead Report. instead, we have to go through the Client Portal, which adds unnecessary steps. A direct link to each lead from the report would be very helpful.
- Statuses and Filters: Custom statuses on leads are not properly integrated into filters. filtering by JOB status, which represent incorrect info.
- Address Filtering: address field only includes street name and house number. No way to filter by city or ZIP code, which limits geographic reporting
- Performance Statistics: It would be great to have a separate performance report (similar to job statistics) that shows data by area, job type, source, or agent. This would help companies understand overall performance without needing to export data and calculate it manually in Excel.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I’ll add these as candidates for report feature improvements.
Regarding your second point, we’ll soon make the Lead ID clickable and link it directly to the Lead.
