Seems like a major design flaw that I can’t set hourly rates and can only “track” commissions paid to employees.

Stefan Reckson we just released a new option to set the hourly rate. Would you like to try it out?

idan kadosh Yes! I think i already have this option on for my account. Although none of my user's can see the labor cost on the app or the web, only account admins can see it.
