What kind of customization you referring to? Can you provide a few examples?

Natalie Barazany we have different numbers for different services. It would help if Jessica could answer each call flow a little differently, if we could customize her answers depending on what phone number customer called. Also an option to turn on Jessica only on one call flow and other call flows would end up with voicemail.

Natalie Barazany - For Jessica to be helpful to our business, we need her to ask specific questions and create a lead. No scheduling options--our techs will contact the customer for more information. There also needs to be an option to have staff return a phone call without automatically creating a lead. We deal with a lot of customers that want to skip all the AI stuff and talk directly to a human.
I just experienced the MOST HORRIFIC AI from another company that would not allow me to talk to a human!!! AI must be better than it is now for our company to endorse it.
