would like to suggest adding an area to put a gate code with the address of a client that would follow like the address and contact information do, when we set an appointment. The system does not currently do that we are working off a custom field but that field does stay with customer during each appointment that is set

I suppose you could put it in the second line of the address? Perhaps this needs to be a more robust property access note. That way you could put any nuance information for accessing the property.
