Fraud prevention and de-duplicating data

We've run into a few situations recently involving credit card fraud. We let your team know and have worked with our local law enforcement to track down the scammers.
In one of the cases, though, we found out after the fact that the fraud took place at the same address as another estimate we had recently done:
- We completed estimate 2146 for Andreas Favvas.
- 2 weeks later, Jhon Mclain at job #2588 reached out to us on a dumpster rental at the same address.
- They paid with a stolen credit card, we ended up taking the hit.
It would be a tremendous help in both deduplicating data and preventing fraud if there was an alert that could pop up notifying that the data already exists under another customer profile. Service and/or billing address, phone numbers, email address. Maybe even saved credit cards too? Not necessarily automatically preventing it, but at least a notification that there might be something else worth looking into.
