Sunbit is not setup for home services. Their rates and monthly financing options are setup for much lower ticket sales. We need an option like Greensky.

Orit Tepper You should have Workiz partner with HFS or Greensky!

Greensky!

I second this!! We do roofing and windows, which frequently are 20, 30 and 40k jobs. We have to partner with a different financing company in order to finance those jobs which is a nightmare

The Gutter Captain: Do you guys accept ACH via the platform? Vote on the getting rid of the no-cap fees. Stripe has a 5$ maximum fee for ACH, we do large jobs too and accepting ACH when there is No cap via workiz but their processor Stripe has a 5$ maximum fee is absurd.
The Gutter Captain
Michael Ringler: no we use QuickBooks online for Ach because they cap the fee at $10. I would MUCH rather have workiz charge more for the software instead of causing us this permanent inconvenience/frustration for ach just so they can make more money. They need to just charge what they need to make for the software instead of sneaking in profits in ways that are permanently frustrating

The Gutter Captain: quickbooks got rid of their ACH cap like 6 months ago, double check that.

Actually it does say $10… they havent been only charging us 10$ im glad you posted this, ty. Look into it on your end though I remember the community being in an uproar a few months ago, I think i may have just found an old page right now. Quite sure qbo is uncapped but stripe is capped right now.
Its robbery to charge an uncapped fee when their processor has a capped fee though. This is something that if the community speaks up on they would have to change.
