Absolutely! Every week it seems like the payout time gets longer.

The payout time is ridiculous. Workiz just held onto a customer payment of over $10k. We already had money in to materials and had to pay out payroll before we received the funds from Workiz. Our other company card processing deposits it almost real time. Workiz should do better.

We should be able to plug in any payment system we want (ie Square) this is why I don’t use your payment system.
