I think I've asked for this before but just in case I'll ask again. If we schedule events to pick up material or time off that should be visible in the app for techs to see. We should NOT have to add picking up material as a service ticket. This would such a big help for everyone. If this gets added there should be no reason why it should only be created for the most expensive plan as this should be a basic feature. Also, I've been told before I had to upgrade my plan to have that feature but I have spoken to people who use this software and have told me this is not on their plan. PLEASE make this happen
