I’ve been trying to get this request for a while now. They don’t understand how important this is for the refrigeration and HVAC industry, especially when it comes to warranty information. They always companies doing work for alway want to see equipment detail information on work order. It should be as easy to populate customers existing equipment sold or working on in past. This aways having to double entry or attach is a pain.
