In equipment list be able to see location or serial # of unit on the list itself. This would help locate a particular unit in case customer has multiple units. It's a pain in the butt to have to open each equipment to locate which one we are looking for. We have many customers with like 20 or more icemakers. If we have to find a particular repair on a unit it is very hard to have to open each one up to see if it's the right one
