The emails that are being sent from Workiz, are being sent from "Notifications.msg.workiz" and not from the business email or from the account workiz email. This might be unprofessional to the clients POV or confussing.

Very confusing....and most of those notifications go to the customer's spam folder. We receive a lot of complaints that we didn't notify the customer when the communication is actually sitting in the SPAM/JUNK folder.
