We have had a few instances where the person creating an estimate has added an item that was already in the pricebook. It would be nice to have some kind of pop up stating that item already exists. OR Maybe if the system had the ability to look up an item based off the model/part # versus the Item name this may prevent a lot of the duplicates in the system.
