From the Client page, search for your clients, select more than one client, and the merge icon will show up at the top of the ID column

100% not having this feature is a pain point for our business.

YES! We must be able to merge. It's a nightmare, especially because when the clients book online, if we choose to add the job automatically it duplicates the client.

That would be great! Since we have several people taking the job details and the clients don't always say the name exactly that they used before, we end up with duplicates and it's very aggravating
