For commercial service calls, it would be extremely helpful if the mobile app displayed the business name prominently on the main job screen.

Currently, we only see the contact person’s name, which can make it difficult to identify the correct location when arriving at shopping centers, office buildings, or strip malls with multiple businesses.

For example, if the work order only displays “John Smith,” but the actual customer is ABC Dental or Mountain View Physical Therapy, there is no quick way to know which storefront we should be entering without opening additional screens or searching for more information.

Displaying both the business name and the contact person’s name would:

* Make it much easier to identify the correct business upon arrival.

* Reduce confusion in shopping centers and multi-tenant buildings.

* Eliminate unnecessary clicks to locate business information.

* Improve technician efficiency and help prevent delays or arriving at the wrong suite.

This small enhancement would greatly improve the workflow for technicians servicing commercial customers and make navigating to the correct business much more intuitive.
