We need visibility into all recipients included in communications sent or received, including both email and text.

Currently, when emails come into Workiz, only the primary recipient is shown. CC’d recipients are not visible. This creates problems when customers include additional contacts, such as lawyers or other parties, in job-related correspondence.

The system should display all recipients—primary, CC, and any others—so staff can see exactly who received each message. This will improve communication accuracy and accountability.
