I’d like to suggest adding an option that allows us to properly tag or label discounts applied to an invoice. For example, the discount could indicate that it was applied for a diagnostic fee already paid, a military discount, or a loyal customer discount. This would help customers better understand the breakdown of their invoice.

It would also be very helpful to add a feature that allows us to send receipts via text message.
