I would pay for a feature where I could upload/create documents that are for techs reference only. For example, our employee handbook, a list of clients that get special discounted rates, our other processes, ect. It seems the point of your software is to take what could be 5-10 softwares/apps, and put it into one. This feature is a must for ensuring seamless communication with your techs, and ultimately your clients. I have added the documents to the custom documents section for now, but having a dedicated section would be great.
