Yosi Rahimi: It would be great if the customers had the ability to come back and log into their portals via a username/password they can create. We can then add this link to our company websites which does a couple of things: 1. Gives us the ability to have our recurring customers "pay their bill" on our site via WorkIZ 2. Allows the customer to see other services we offer and promos and such via our site. The more times we can get a customer to interact with our websites the more opportunities we have to offer them other goods and services.

Yosi Rahimi: Is this able to be on now with ACH enabled? Because previously it could now.
Without these features (bulk sign estimates, bulk view estimates, bulk pay and view or print invoices, view schedule of work orders, submit customer support cases), this shouldnt have been called a client portal, because thats what a client portal is. Need this asap please, but also cant turn off ACH in order to have it.

I would like a status update here. As we use workiz longer, we are getting more complaints from clients saying "quickbooks can do this" and "zoho can do that"
We have a lot of repeat clients and invoices get lost in their inboxes... Then they cannot find the invoices, they think we are accidentally sending too much, and/or they ask for a history of all their payments which we cannot show them without screenshots.
Please, we need this function ASAP as after we moved to workiz, our clients cannot see their history and it is wasting so much of our time trying to gather this info for our clients.

Great, a long time client just cancelled service because he said workiz was too confusing and he couldn't see his bills anymore and didn't like that he couldn't pay them all at once nor see them.

One thing I think should be addressed in the roll out is to make sure we have the ability to disable some of the old estimates. I'm thinking we might have some old estimates that we wouldn't want in the customer's portal. So, as long as we have the option to remove/archive them so they are no longer viewable if we'd like, then I think it would be a good thing.

Very excited for this as it has become necessary for us. The recurring billing for batch invoices has some bugs in workiz(sometimes not batching them and sending them all individually), as well as the QuickBooks sync has issues too(showing the full batch payment amount for each individual invoice causing it to seem like the client is overpaying in QuickBooks). A portal like this would really save us.
