The ability to set custom fields specific to the job that transfer to the invoice and make it required. For example, I create a custom field that says "warranty", tech notes what type of warranties apply to this specific job, then it transfers to the invoice. It would have to be marked as "required" before job can be invoiced. Our techs often forget to add this or even forget signatures because we can't make it required prior to closing and collecting on a job.
