The system must allow us to have the option to charge the CC Fee to the client, automatically calculating the fee based on the service cost. We are unable to automate our invoice system because we need to manually enter that option as an item line to every invoice.

idan kadosh: , this might be COMPLETE but we still needs improvement since the service fee/credit card fees added to the total and on reports the technician is making percentages over this fees so it defeat the purpose since most (depending on tech share) of these fees goes back to tech by improper calculation.

This miscalculation cause our company to loose thousands of dollars because we just found out about it after many months since we activate the service fees on workiz pay.

Thanks all, in about 2 weeks (or less) most of you will be contacted and service fee will be enabled. Since Beta is a small group and clearly a lot of you want it we will try to enable for as many as we can. No worries all of our accounts will get the feature a couple of weeks afterwards.
