Control of Dispatch board - who sees what when!

we want to limit our techs to only see their current and next job
seems this could be done with a status, a toglle, or hours automation.
example:
if my tech has a 10am and 12pm and 2pm call.
it's 8am in the morning. I want them to only SEE the 10AM call.
I want them to only be able to see the 12pm call either 1 hour before the call starts or when hit a button to change the status to viewable by tech
