We currently have technicians scheduled for multiple jobs per day, each requiring specific inventory. The warehouse team must manually review each job to determine what materials are needed for the following day and then stage items for each technician.

To streamline this, the system should automatically generate a single consolidated materials list per technician per day. The list would combine all items required across that tech’s scheduled jobs, allowing the warehouse to view and prepare one complete list instead of checking each job individually.

Example:

If a technician has 10 jobs requiring a total of 20 items, the warehouse should see one list containing those 20 items.

This feature would significantly reduce manual review time, improve staging accuracy, and help forecast inventory needs for future dates.
