Consistent Naming (for Job Source/Ad Groups)

The field called "Job Source" in the front-end UI (leads and jobs) is managed as "Ad Groups" in the settings. Please implement consistent naming systemwide!

As well has having all buttons in the same place. Sometimes the export button is on the left side of the screen, embedded with the Fields button, or on the right side of the screen. Same color each time would be nice, too. Would make workflows go much smoother.
