I need to be able to pull a report of attempts to contact a customer - whether via email, text, or phone call. Sometimes we need proof that we have tried to reach the customer for various issues.

idan kadosh - Yes, please let us know how we can find ALL attempts to contact customer in a report format. I tried searching for a help document and there were too many hits to sort through

Yes, I would be great to see if they opened invoices like one can in QuickBooks.
