I see you are using both Client tags and Call Tags.
Can you tell me why would like to see Client tags rather than Call tags?

Natalie Barazany when a client calls, I want to see if they are tagged with anything in the phone dialer. When a client calls it only shows their name--no client tags appear when they are calling in. I want to see what/if I tagged that client for anything so I am prepared. Again, I want to see client tags in the dialer when they call. Not sure you understood what I was asking for.

Natalie Barazany We need to see how the client is tagged so we know if they are marked as do not work for or if they have special needs pertaining to their service.

Yes PLEASE! This would be an excellent way to communicate vital information to our call team about a client - there's no way for everyone on our team to be in the loop in real time on every one of our 10,000+ clients without going into each client to review their information.
